Terms and Conditions

Guests must be 21 and over to book a room. Children must always be accompanied by an adult.

Deposits: We will keep your credit card on file for the duration of your stay to cover any potential damages you may incur. The deposit is equivalent to the first night of your stay. We will apply the remainder of the balance to your card at check in. We will not accept any checks at this time.

Reservations/Cancellations: You can cancel free of charge up to 72 hours prior to your check-in date. You will be charged a one-night stay at the time of booking. Should you need to cancel or change your reservation, please give us a call, or send us an email at living@a-ma-maniere.com

You may check in any time after 3:00pm, however you are welcome to arrive earlier to drop your bags off.

Check-out: 11:00am. Please notify us if you have any special requests.
If you arrive after hours, please be sure to contact us ahead of time, so that your concierge can be prepared.

COVID-19: Due to COVID-19:
A limited number of guests will be allowed in each suite.

Masks are not required indoors. Rules/ Regulations:

THERE IS NO ON SITE PARKING.
PARKING FOLLOWS CITY RULES AND REGULATIONS.

No Smoking.

Smoking inside the rooms will incur a minimum of a $1000 dollar fine charged to your room.

No Pets.

No Parties of any kind.

This is a private residence. By booking a room you hereby irrevocably & unconditionally waive and release & hold harmless from liability A Ma Manière Living, its owners, agents, and other guests from any & all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs, or expenses of any nature whatsoever whether in law or equity, known or unknown, occurring during, caused by, relating to, or arising in any way from A Ma Manière Living.
